Heavy duty wear resistant mining tailing slurry pumps Zidong Pump ZH heavy duty slurry pump wet parts are made from 27% high chrome alloy.They were designed for handling highly abrasive and high-hardness, light-corrosion, and high-concentration slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. Widely used for mining, coal, metallurgical, powerplant , building material and other industrial departments. Basing on medium condition can choose different materials as A05, A07, A49 etc.

Sand Gravel Pumps

Ultra strong coarse particle handling gravel pumps Zidong Pump ® ZG(H) series horizontal gravel pump are single-casing pump with wider passing channel to transfer medium with large particle size. They are designed for continuously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids to be pumped by common slurry pump. The wet parts are made of Ni-hard and high-Chrome alloys to ensure longer service life. They have excellent performance in dredging, sand mining, barge loading and mineral processing, etc.

Each pump bottom already have a stirring impeller to let pump have higher working efficiency and output capacity. Meanwhile, the pump can also add extra side cutter or bottom cutter or high pressure spraying system to increase solid concentration. Both electric motor driven or hydraulic driven pumps all are available.
